Your Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and development of our service users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-Day Management: Overseeing the daily operations of our dedicated support workers, ensuring smooth coordination, and effective communication within the team.
  • Rota Management: Ensuring adequate coverage of shifts, optimising scheduling, and managing any changes to ensure seamless support for our individuals.
  • Direct Support: Providing hands-on assistance to our service users, fostering meaningful relationships, and offering person-centred care that caters to their unique needs.
  • Support Planning: Collaborating with service users, families, and professionals to create and implement individualized support plans, promoting growth and independence.
  • Mentoring and Guidance: Providing guidance and support to your team, fostering a positive work environment, and facilitating continuous professional development.
  • Quality Assurance: Upholding the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in health and social care, along with practical experience in a similar role.
  • Must be a care driver.
