Care Team Leader (Days and Nights)- Hatton Grange

Hours : 42

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Team Leader at Hatton Grange Anchor.

This is a 42-hour per week position, and we are currently recruiting for both Day shifts and Night shifts.

As a Care Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive consistently high‑quality, person‑centred care. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll lead shifts, coordinate staff allocation, oversee medication administration, complete care assessments, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Your leadership will help create a positive, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
