Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Beaufort Park Retirement Village in Burnham-on-Sea. You will lead a care team, support residents with daily living, and oversee medication and records to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires 2+ years in social care, QCF Level 2 or higher, and a 40-hour week with day shifts and alternating weekends. Join a values-driven employer committed to training and progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.

We’re Looking For
