Job summary

Agincare is seeking an experienced care professional for Beaufort Care Home in Burnham-on-Sea. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, support residents with daily living tasks, and promote dignity and independence.

Work is 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends, at £13.46 per hour. Benefits include refer-a-friend up to £1000, funded training to QCF Level 5, Blue Light discounts, a pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.
• 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
