Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Care Team Leader at Beaufort in Burnham-on-Sea to lead a compassionate team and deliver high-quality care to residents.

You will oversee personal care, plan activities, manage medication records, and work with families and healthcare professionals while supporting a warm, home-like environment. 40 hours per week, day shifts, £14.00 per hour, with on-demand pay and guaranteed training up to QCF Level 5.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in social care.
• 40 hours per week (day shifts).
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Ongoing career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
• On-demand pay available.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and participate in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.
