Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader in Burnham-on-Sea to lead a dedicated care team and deliver high-quality resident care. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, and supporting wellbeing within a warm home environment.

You will oversee medication administration, plan activities, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals while stepping in for senior management when needed. The position requires leadership and a strong commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social care.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Ability to lead a care team and act as supervisor in the absence of senior management.
• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly with alternate weekends.

• 40 hours per week (day shifts)
