Job summary

Agincare Group seeks a Care Team Leader at Fulford care home in Littlehampton to lead the care team, oversee daily living activities for residents, and ensure high-quality care. The role requires guiding staff, coordinating with families and health professionals, and maintaining accurate records.

The position is for night shifts with a 48-hour work week and is maternity cover. Competitive hourly wage and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social care.
• Ability to lead a care team and provide high-quality care.
• Right to work in the UK documented.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and participate in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.
