Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at St Peters Park Care Home in Bexhill-on-Sea to lead a compassionate team and deliver high-quality care. The role includes supporting residents with daily living and coordinating care with families and healthcare professionals.

You will oversee medication administration, foster resident wellbeing, and organise meaningful activities while guiding staff and stepping in for senior management when needed. 36 hours weekly, day shifts.

Competenze

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
• 36 hours per week (day shifts).
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
