Agincare Group in the UK is seeking a Care Team Leader for St Peter's Park Care Home in Bexhill-on-Sea to lead a compassionate care team and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

You will oversee personal care, plan activities, oversee medication and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to support wellbeing.

This role requires at least 2 years in social care, 36 hours per week (day shifts) and availability for alternate weekends.

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
