Job summary

Southern Housing is recruiting a Care & Support Worker for Freshwater, 35 hours per week at Green Meadows. You will provide personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans, helping residents live as independently as possible while upholding dignity and inclusion.

The role requires flexibility, with evenings and weekends, potential sleep-in duties, and on-call rotas. No prior experience needed; full training and support provided.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
• Willingness to work towards an NVQ Level 2 in Care (or equivalent)
• No previous experience is required - full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and support across Green Meadows, in line with individual care plans
• Promote independence, dignity and inclusion for residents
• Work evenings, weekends and on-call/ sleep-in duties as required

Education
