Zusammenfassung

Bluebird Care Harrow is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead our Harrow office team, mentor care assistants, and coordinate person-centred care plans. The role is based in Harrow with a 40-hour week and a salary of £27,000–£28,000 per year.

You will support the delivery of high-quality care, supervise staff, maintain records, and participate in on-call duties. DBS clearance and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience required to lead and manage a team of care assistants.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and risk assessment writing skills.
• Willingness to work towards a recognised social care qualification.

Aufgaben

• Mentor and coach care assistants during probation and beyond.
• Conduct person-centred care planning and regular reviews.
• Monitor performance, ensure care plans are followed, and drive improvements.
• Supervise and support staff, assist with training and introductions.
• Provide out-of-hours on-call cover and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain secure records and complete risk assessments and incident reports.
