Qualifications

• 3 years+ experience in health and social care, in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (CQC).
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and support Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care.
• Carry out care assessments, customer reviews and spot checks.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of care quality and compliance.
