Job summary

Universal Care Services is seeking a proactive Field Care Supervisor to deliver high-quality, person-centred community care. The role supports carers, coordinates care plans, and ensures safe practices across the region.

You will review plans, conduct assessments, and lead safeguarding and compliance activities while travelling within the area. A UK driving licence is essential, and there is no visa sponsorship.

• Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care while supporting carers to deliver outstanding services in the community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing care assessments, reviews, spot checks and competency observations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within health and social care
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
