Job summary

Milestones Trust is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to provide leadership and operational support across our Supported Living services in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will work with Service Managers and teams to ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support across 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care and leading or managing teams.
• Passion for person-centred support, inclusion and positive outcomes.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
• Excellent communicators with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using IT systems and learning new technologies.
• Willing to travel regularly across Milestones Trust services and participate in on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support across multiple services and locations.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams to deliver person-centred support.
• Support recruitment, induction, supervision and colleague development.
• Drive quality improvements and promote best practice across services.
• Support compliance, safeguarding and effective service delivery.
• Build positive relationships with people we support, families, professionals and partners.
• Help services navigate change, growth and development.
