Milestones Trust is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to provide leadership and operational support across our Supported Living services in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will work with Service Managers and teams to ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support across 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care and leading or managing teams.
• Passion for person-centred support, inclusion and positive outcomes.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
• Excellent communicators with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using IT systems and learning new technologies.
• Willing to travel regularly across Milestones Trust services and participate in on-call rota.

Are you an experienced care professional looking for a leadership role with variety, challenge and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people you support?

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to provide leadership and operational support across our Supported Living services in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

You will work with teams to support Service Managers and operational colleagues to ensure people receive safe, high-quality and person-centred support. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of support services that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, leading teams and driving positive outcomes whilst working with people who live in their own homes with differing levels of support.

About You

You will be an adaptable and confident leader who can build credibility with teams and make a positive impact wherever you work.

• Hold a full, clean UK driving licence (advantageous but not essential).
