Milestones Trust in Bristol and South Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Peripatetic Service Manager to provide leadership and management across a range of mental health services. You will drive high-quality, recovery-focused support, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and develop staff and partnerships with commissioners, health professionals and families.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in health, social care or supported housing services.
• Experience leading teams to deliver recovery-focused services.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Service Coordinators and staff to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused services.
• Ensure services operate safely and comply with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed a learning culture.
• Monitor service performance using data and outcomes to inform development.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, retention and staff development.
• Build relationships with commissioners, health professionals, families and stakeholders.
• Support referrals, assessments and service transitions.
