Job summary

Springcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (RGN) to oversee a portfolio of care homes across Northern & Central England. You will lead Home Managers and Deputies, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance.

Travel across multiple Springcare sites is required, with on-site attendance at the Whitchurch Head Office and regular office presence. The role includes on-call rotation, budget oversight, and driving quality improvements to deliver

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Proven experience in operations management within care settings.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Experience in managing budgets and occupancy levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop Home Managers and Deputies across multiple sites.
• Drive compliance with CQC, local authority and internal standards.
• Oversee service quality, resident safety and care outcomes.
• Monitor performance through audits, KPIs and action planning.
• Represent Springcare in stakeholder meetings including CQC and Local Authorities.
• Support homes through complaints management and risk assessments.
• Provide reports and strategic input to Senior Management.
