Job summary
Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a nurse-qualified Operations Manager to lead multi-site nursing and care home services. You will oversee Home Managers, drive quality, compliance and clinical governance across a portfolio of older adult care homes while ensuring residents remain at the heart of decision-making.
The role involves regular travel between homes and areas with significant time spent on-site, maintaining high standards of person-centred care, safeguarding and robust
Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-site nursing or care-home operations
- Nurse-qualified with track record in quality and compliance
- Knowledge of CQC frameworks and clinical governance
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and clinical oversight across a portfolio of nursing and care homes
- Support Home Managers to achieve high standards
- Monitor quality, compliance and governance across services
- Assist with CQC preparation, inspections and improvement plans
- Review performance and identify areas needing support
- Ensure safeguarding and risk management procedures remain robust
- Monitor staffing, recruitment, retention and leadership stability
- Maintain oversight of occupancy, budgets and operational performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement organisational objectives
- Spend regular time within individual homes, be visible to teams
- Promote high standards of person-centred care
