Qualifications

• Previous experience as Operations Manager or senior multi-site management in care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care home operations
• Experience supporting Registered Managers or Home Managers
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills (written & verbal)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple care homes, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery
• Support and develop Home Managers, promoting strong leadership and team performance
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation
• Monitor service performance, quality assurance audits and improvement plans
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining resident care and wellbeing
