Dyneley House Surgery in Skipton is seeking a friendly GP Receptionist/Care Navigator to join our busy practice. You will arrange appointments, answer queries, input data and signpost patients to the appropriate services, working closely with the GP team and using TPP SystmOne (training provided).

This part-time role (~28 hours per week) offers varied duties, a supportive team, and regular hours between 8am and 6.30pm with one late afternoon per month; previous customer service experience and

Qualifications

• GCSE grade A-C in English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
• Experience of providing excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients and visitors to the Practice, providing a high standard of customer service.
• Answering telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and directed appropriately.
• Gathering information from patients to pass on to the Duty Doctor.
• Booking, amending and cancelling patient appointments.
• Signposting patients to the most suitable services including self-care and patient education events offered by the Practice.
• Ensuring patient records are maintained on SystmOne.
• Dealing with queries and concerns raised by patients.
• Working collaboratively with other members of the Practice Team to support the patient experience when contacting or visiting the Practice.
