Our Health Partnership in Birmingham is seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist / Care Navigator to join a busy, supportive healthcare team.

This part-time role, 20 hours across Thursday and Friday, involves being the first point of contact for patients and helping ensure they receive the right care at the right time.

You will deliver excellent customer service and help keep the practice running smoothly, contributing to high-quality primary care for local patients.
