Care Navigators form the front line at Debenham Group Practice, which serves around 10,000 patients and is part of Suffolk Primary Care. The post handles calls, visits and online requests, recording clinical requests in askmyGP for the duty GP and signposting patients to other services. Hours are part-time and may be split between two or more people across a working window of 07:30 to 18:30. Fit rests on busy customer-facing or administrative experience; healthcare experience is not essential.
