Caremark Ltd in Huddersfield is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a large, award-winning domiciliary care service across Kirklees. The role combines hands-on operation with strategic growth, ensuring CQC compliance, safeguarding, audits and high-quality care delivery.

You will supervise an office team and around 130 care assistants, drive private-stead growth and oversee care planning, documentation and service performance.

Competenze

• At least 2 years' proven track record as a Registered Care Manager.
• Strong CQC compliance knowledge and inspection experience.
• Commercially minded with an appetite for growing private packages.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Ability to drive improvement and achieve agreed growth targets.
• Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Take full operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, audits, and quality standards are met.
• Lead and support a large office team including Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors.
• Drive private customer growth alongside expanding local authority contracts.
• Oversee the management of care planning, documentation, and service performance.
• Manage a workforce of approximately 130 care assistants.
