Caremark Ltd in Huddersfield is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a large, award-winning domiciliary care service across Kirklees. The role combines hands-on operation with strategic growth, ensuring CQC compliance, safeguarding, audits and high-quality care delivery.

You will supervise an office team and around 130 care assistants, drive private-stead growth and oversee care planning, documentation and service performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' proven track record as a Registered Care Manager.
• Strong CQC compliance knowledge and inspection experience.
• Commercially minded with an appetite for growing private packages.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Ability to drive improvement and achieve agreed growth targets.
• Full UK driving licence.

CARE MANAGER

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a large award-winning family-run domiciliary care service, based in Huddersfield and operating throughout Kirklees. The service currently delivers over 2500 care hours per week with significant new contract growth. This is an exciting hands-on operational role for a driven manager who can maintain compliance, lead & motivate a strong workforce and grow our private customer base.
