Job summary

Caremark Kirklees is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our large, award-winning domiciliary care service based in Huddersfield, serving Kirklees with over 2500 care hours per week.

You will maintain compliance, drive private growth, oversee care planning and quality audits, and lead a team of around 130 care assistants, coordinators and supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ proven track record as a Registered Care Manager.
• Strong CQC compliance knowledge and inspection experience.
• Commercially minded with an appetite for growing private packages.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Full UK driving licence.

The service currently delivers over 2500 care hours per week with significant new contract growth. This is an exciting hands‑on operational role for a driven manager who can maintain compliance, lead & motivate a strong workforce and grow our private customer base.
