Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a Bradford domiciliary care branch. You will oversee daily operations, maintain CQC compliance, and develop a high-quality, person-centred service for clients at home.

You will manage recruitment and development of the care team, build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals, and drive branch growth while upholding outstanding standards.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of an established domiciliary care branch.
• Hold CQC registration and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients living independently in their own homes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders.
• Drive growth in care hours while maintaining outstanding quality standards.
• Take responsibility for branch performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Promote a positive culture focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
