Lily of the Valley Care Ltd is seeking a Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary service in the United Kingdom. You will lead both office-based and field-based teams, ensuring safe, person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include building the service, maintaining CQC standards, supporting staff, safeguarding, governance, and strong stakeholder relationships. Driving growth and service expansion are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Care Manager.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a community-based care service.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and governance.
• Confident leader with experience managing teams and service performance.
• Level 4 to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
• Full UK driving licence.
