Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a busy domiciliary care service in Sheffield.

You will take ownership of day-to-day running, lead a large workforce and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting growth and development of the branch. We are looking for a strong care leader who can drive performance, maintain high standards of person-centred care, and build relationships with clients, families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Significant management experience within domiciliary care or similar adult social care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a large team of care and office-based staff
• Provide governance to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care
• Oversee audits, quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Oversee recruitment, retention, supervision, appraisal and performance management
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners
• Manage safeguarding concerns, complaints and investigations effectively
• Work with senior leadership on operational, commercial and strategic objectives
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota when required
