Job summary

Domus Recruitment is helping a growing private domiciliary care provider in Maidenhead to recruit an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe, person‑centred care and maintain high CQC standards.

The role offers £35,000-£40,000 per annum, a £150 monthly car allowance and £60 on-call pay at weekends, plus 28 days’ leave increasing with service. A driving licence and vehicle access are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager within a domiciliary care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of a growing domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred care.
• Oversee and support the Care Coordinator, including checking rotas to ensure effective care delivery.
• Complete new client assessments, reviews and care plans.
• Conduct staff supervisions, providing ongoing support, guidance and feedback.
• Complete regular quality assurance checks and maintain strong standards of CQC compliance.
• Complete and review risk assessments to ensure care is delivered safely.
• Support the continued growth and development of the service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator to join a growing private homecare provider in Maidenhead.

You’ll be joining a well staffed service with an experienced Operations Manager who is committed to giving you the support and resources needed to succeed.
