Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join a growing home care organisation in Oldham. The role offers a clear pathway to Home Care Manager and senior management, with development across governance, quality assurance and care planning.

You will lead domiciliary and home care operations, support staff development, and work with senior management to drive service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary/home care management or similar regulated setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and quality assurance.
• Experience leading and developing care teams.
• Organised and commercially aware with problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an ambitious and capable Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join a growing home care organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming care professional who wants to develop their management skills and progress into Home Care Manager and senior management.

The organisation has experienced significant growth, having turned over more than £1 million in its first 18 months, with further expansion planned.

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional Deputy Manager position.

We are looking for someone with the ambition and potential to progress into Home Care Manager and, ultimately, senior management.

Over the next three years, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their leadership, operational and commercial skills while working closely with the senior management team.
