Melody Care is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead a Camberley branch in Surrey. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and support carers, maintain CQC compliance, and develop high-quality care packages for private clients.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other teams to drive branch growth while delivering compassionate, person-centred care and safeguarding for clients and carers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care leadership role delivering high quality service.
• Strong organisational, IT and communication skills.
• Passion for guiding teams and ensuring safe, compliant care.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and safeguard clients and carers at all times.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations: staffing, budgets, compliance and performance.
• Grow private client base and develop care packages while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and support carers and office staff.
• Build relationships with clients, families and external professionals.
• Provide effective leadership to the care team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training and Recruitment teams.
