Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager for a private domiciliary care service in Greenford, West London. You will take full operational responsibility, drive growth by securing new clients and developing local authority relationships, and maintain CQC compliance and inspection readiness.

You will lead a care team, supported by a Deputy Manager, and work with the Nominated Individual on strategy and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and inspection processes.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essential.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing a business.
• Full UK driving licence (desirable).

Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a small, established private domiciliary care service in Greenford, West London. The service has been operating for over five years, is CQC registered and rated, and is now looking to scale. This is a genuine opportunity for a driven, approachable manager to take ownership of a small business at an early stage, grow the client base, and introduce local authority work for the first time. Full support is provided by the Nominated Individual.

The Role
