Job summary

Coburg Banks Limited is recruiting for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a small residential care home in Great Yarmouth, supporting up to 18 older residents, including those living with dementia.

You will provide strong leadership to a team of around 25 staff, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, drive improvements in CQC compliance, safeguarding and auditing, and manage day-to-day running of the home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager within elderly residential care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspections and quality standards.
• Experience of dementia care, safeguarding and service improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or willingness to work towards it.
