CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading UK healthcare provider to appoint a Care Home Manager for a site in the Woolverstone/Ipswich area. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of care professionals and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality resident care.

The role offers a permanent full-time position (40 hours/week) with a salary of £53,000–£55,000 per annum, plus benefits including DBS paid and a performance bonus. Relocation assistance may be available.

Formación

• Experience managing a nursing/residential home.

• NMC registered nurse (desirable) with post-registration experience.

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Care Home Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in the Woolverstone, Ipswich area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This care home provides an environment where staff enables their residents to feel free to go about their daily lives. They work with Dementia Care Matters to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the day to day running of the Care Home. Leading a team of Care professionals with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents
• You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and drive our values in everything you do
• Ensuring effective delivery of all care management processes and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies
• Leadership and management of the nursing home team, people management and workforce development

Skills and experience

• Previous experience managing a nursing/residential home
• Ability to deliver outstanding care for our residents
• In depth understanding of the legal requirements such as Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics
• Goes the extra mile for residents and staff
• Inspires people to achieve their aspirations
• Is an excellent team player during all the ups and downs
• Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience - desirable but not essential

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £53,000 - £55,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm.
