Purosearch Ltd. in Norwich, Norfolk, is seeking an experienced Residential Home Manager to lead a 40-bed service.

You will assume overall responsibility for the home, drive care quality, staff development and business performance while ensuring compliance with CQC standards. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of elderly and dementia care, budget management and a person-centered approach to residents and families.

Well respected care provider require a Residential Home Manager in the Fareham, Hampshire area. The Owner is looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager to take ownership of their 40 bed residential home. We are looking for a passionate, flexible, registered manager who has a background in elderly and dementia care. The care provider prides themselves on their family-like, supportive environment and are seeking candidates of an experienced background and those looking for their next challenge. We are open to candidates from a residential home background - as long as you are experienced and confident in managing an elderly / dementia care service, we want to hear from you!

• Level 5 or equivalent is advantageous
