Job summary

Care UK is recruiting a Customer Relations Manager for Chapter House Care Home in Beverley. You will use a consultative sales approach to promote the home, build community relationships, drive enquiries, and ensure high levels of customer service for every enquiry.

The role includes meeting occupancy targets, organising events and PR, communicating facility details and prices, tracking competitors, reporting, and being available for evening and weekend meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for resident occupancy and average weekly fee
• Promote the care home and drive enquiries through events, sponsorships and PR
• Communicate accurate information to prospective clients about our facilities, services and prices
• Monitor competitor landscape and identify market opportunities
• Collaborate with the Home Manager and Head of Departments
• Complete all required reports accurately and on time
• Available for evening and weekend meetings and events as required
