Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for Hindhead Place, a luxury care home offering residential, dementia, and nursing care. You will lead local networking to build referrals, work with the management team to meet occupancy and weekly fee targets, and champion the resident experience.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, host visits, and promote the home within the local community, ensuring high standards of service and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a sales role within healthcare.
• Sales and customer service experience in face-to-face or B2C settings.
• Engaging stakeholder relationship skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales inquiries to maximise occupancy and revenue for Hindhead Place.
• Host prospective resident visits and follow up with referrals.
• Support the development of local marketing activity and referral partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a high local profile to promote the care home.
• Aim to maximise profit from sales to meet targets.
• Handle relevant admin including budget controls and sales reports.
• Be an ambassador of the Hamberley brand with courteous, respectful interactions.
