Care Home Manager – Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs

Up to £45,000 per year

In a small care home, strong leadership has a very visible impact. You have the opportunity to really know the people being supported, understand the team and shape the everyday culture of the service.

This small, specialist care home supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing individualised care focused on independence, choice and quality of life. We’re looking for an experienced Care Home Manager who already understands the complexities of supporting this client group and can provide confident, consistent leadership from day one.

You’ll take overall responsibility for the service, ensuring high standards across care quality, safeguarding, compliance and team performance, while creating an environment where the people supported are genuinely at the centre of decisions about their lives.
