CareerMakers Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager in Beccles, Suffolk to lead a specialist Learning Disability service. You will oversee daily operations and drive high standards of person-centred care while steering the team to deliver outstanding outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, effective people management, and a solid understanding of CQC regulations. It offers a full-time schedule, a salary of £40,000–£45,000 per annum plus a 10% bonus and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager within a Learning Disability service.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.

• Lead, develop, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
