Job summary

Leaders in Care Ltd is recruiting a Registered Manager for a small residential home in Merseyside, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The role offers a salary of £50,000 per annum and a strong benefits package.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, ensure safeguarding and CQC compliance, and drive person-centred, outcomes-focused care across the service.

Qualifications

Experience managing within learning disabilities, autism or similar specialist adult care.
Strong safeguarding understanding and CQC requirements.
Ability to lead a team while keeping people supported at heart.
Management experience in a regulated care service.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the home.
Motivate and develop staff.
Maintain safeguarding culture and high standards of care.
Ensure person-centred, outcomes-focused care.
Drive continuous service improvement.
Ensure compliance with CQC and legislation.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues.
Collaborate with senior leadership on service development.
