St Philips Care Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative for Leys Park Care Centre in Scotland. You will support day-to-day maintenance, keep the home in good decorative order, and look after grounds to maintain a smart appearance.

You will also liaise with outside agencies, supervise contractors, and monitor energy use while maintaining health & safety records and performing routine tests on appliances.

Competenze

• Flexible approach to work and adaptability.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks.
• High standard of DIY including internal and external decoration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with outside agencies.
• Understanding of heating systems and basic appliances.
• Ability to maintain accurate inspection records.

• Carry out general maintenance throughout the home as required.
• Ensure the home is in good decorative order at all times.
• Ensure external areas and grounds are tidy and well maintained.
• Supervise outside contractors when engaged.
• Minimise costs by monitoring energy consumption and maintaining written records.
