Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training across residential and nursing care homes in the North West. You will cover mandatory topics such as Safeguarding, Moving and Assisting, First Aid and Basic Life Support, and support induction for new services.

You will develop home-based champions, supervise training standards, and keep systems up to date with best practices in line with Kingsley’s ethos.

Qualifications

• L3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent) is essential.
• Up-to-date knowledge and experience delivering Safeguarding, Moving and Assisting, First Aid and Basic Life Support are essential.
• NUCO and RoSPA qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses including Safeguarding, Moving and Assisting, First Aid and Dementia care.
• Deliver high-quality training to groups across multiple sites.
• Maintain accurate training records and support induction training for new homes and employees.
• Facilitate Champion programmes and support home champions to meet required standards.
