Job summary

FIND is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver a comprehensive training programme across our North West care home sites. You will support induction, champion programmes and supervise to maintain high training standards.

You will cover mandatory areas such as Safeguarding, Moving and Assisting, First Aid and Basic Life Support, with knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Dementia care. Flexibility to travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering care-related training across varied subjects.
• Ability to design, deliver and assess training programmes.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in care (Skills for Care, CQC).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with good organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses including Safeguarding and First Aid.
• Provide high-quality training to groups across multiple sites.
• Conduct learner assessments to meet Care standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees.
• Lead and develop champion programmes to raise training standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt to needs.
• Troubleshoot and support the e-learning system.
• Keep content aligned with best practices and Kingsley’s ethos.
