Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Customer Relations Manager based at Weavers Court Care Home in Yeadon. You will leverage consultative sales skills to meet revenue targets by driving enquiries through community events, sponsorships, and PR while ensuring excellent customer service for every enquiry.

You will communicate clearly about facilities, services, and prices, monitor market opportunities, and report accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience using consultative sales to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and flexibility.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for resident occupancy and average weekly fee.
• Promote the care home and drive enquiries through events, sponsorships, and PR.
• Communicate accurate information to prospective clients about our facilities, services, and prices.
• Monitor competitor landscape and identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Home Manager and Head of Departments.
• Complete all required reports accurately and on time.
• Available for evening and weekend meetings and events as required.
