Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for Tranby Park/Primrose Care Home in East Riding of Yorkshire. The role focuses on sales and business development, promoting the home through community relationships, events, and PR, and ensuring outstanding customer service for all inquiries.

You will drive occupancy targets, promote the home, communicate facility details to prospective clients, monitor the competitive landscape, and collaborate with the Home Manager and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for resident occupancy and average weekly fee.
• Promote the care home and drive enquiries through events, sponsorships, and PR.
• Communicate accurate information to prospective clients about our facilities, services, and prices.
• Monitor competitor landscape and identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Home Manager and Head of Departments.
• Complete all required reports accurately and on time.
• Available for evening and weekend meetings and events as required.
