Bupa UK is seeking a Maintenance Operative for Aston Court Care Home, Sutton Coldfield, to ensure facilities remain fully functional. You will perform building and equipment maintenance, follow Bupa SOPs, and support the home’s safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in building services, knowledge of compliance and a full driving licence. You will join a team providing reliable regional maintenance support while upholding Bupa values.

Qualifications

• Understanding of heating, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Experience with planned maintenance records and compliance.
• Building fabric maintenance knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out health, safety and compliance checks using digital systems.
• Close tasks assigned by Maintenance Manager or home.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the care home and grounds.
