HC-One Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chef to join our care home kitchen in Whitley Bay. You will prepare and serve wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs and bring comfort to residents every day. A recognised catering qualification and HACCP knowledge are essential.

You will be a creative team player with a positive attitude, committed to high food safety standards, quality presentation and supporting residents to enjoy mealtimes.

Qualifications

• Experienced cook with a recognised qualification.
• Holds S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Has Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wholesome, homemade meals.
• Meet nutritional needs of Residents.
