Job summary

HC-One Limited is seeking a dedicated Chef for a care home kitchen, delivering wholesome, homemade meals that meet residents' nutritional needs and bring comfort each day.

You will be an experienced cook with a recognised qualification including an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, with HACCP knowledge and a passion for presenting nourishing dishes. A team player with a caring approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified cook with a recognised qualification such as S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or equivalent.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is essential.
• Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
