Job summary

Country Court Ltd is seeking a dynamic Commissioning Customer Relations Manager to cover Fenchurch House in Spalding and Lyncroft Care Home in Wisbech. 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. Salary OTE £50,000 (£35,000 basic + £15,000 commission) with excellent benefits and training.

Qualifications

Proven track record in customer relations or sales.
CRM experience and ability to drive business development.
Valid driving licence and access to own transport.

Responsibilities

Admissions Leadership: oversee the admissions journey from inquiry to move-in.
Relationship Building: cultivate robust relationships with residents, families and local professionals.
Strategic Business Development: devise strategies to boost occupancy and private enquiries.
Community Engagement: represent the home at local events and open days.
Performance Management: hit KPIs including occupancy and service standards.
