Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Admin Assistant at one of our care homes. You will answer phones, manage files and support managers, while greeting visitors and engaging with residents. You’ll also show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us different.

Throughout, you’ll help create a vibrant, happy environment and support the team with a range of administrative tasks, with development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Good computer and administration skills.
• Confident telephone manner and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and direct calls.
• Handle files and maintain administrative records.
• Support managers with daily tasks and scheduling.
• Meet and greet visitors and handle reception duties.
• Engage with residents and families to build rapport.
• Give tours to prospective clients and families to showcase the home.
